Manager-Branding and Corporate Communications

Overview

The Head-Branding & Corporate Communications is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and managing a range of on-line & off-line communication strategies targeting media and industry engagement, to promote the value of Hubert Ebner (India) Pvt. Ltd. This will be achieved through a combination of corporate communications, public affairs, press office and e-marketing development communication strategies. This position will report directly to the Manager Marketing.

Responsible For
  • Transition & Handover:

    • Take over current marketing responsibilities through systematic handholding.

    • Migrate and manage the existing customer database from previous custodians for smooth operational continuity.

  • Strategic Communication & Promotion:

    • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to promote and disseminate corporate and marketing content.

    • Coordinate corporate promotions and communication efforts in collaboration with other departments and the management team.

  • Digital Marketing & Web Management:

    • Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website with a focus on SEO and organic keyword strategies.

    • Manage and enhance the organization’s digital branding and corporate identity.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Create and manage social media profiles and quality content across platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

    • Expand the company’s digital presence by identifying and leveraging new social media channels.

    • Optimize content for shareability and engagement across social platforms.

  • Public Relations & Media:

    • Establish and maintain strong media partnerships.

    • Manage public relations and press relationships, including drafting and releasing press materials.

    • Support and develop high-level public speeches and communications for senior leadership (HE and MD).

  • Content Development:

    • Create compelling and customized marketing content including blogs, emails, social media posts, and brochures.

    • Optimize print, social media, and blog campaigns for interaction, brand exposure, and lead generation.

    • Adapt content for diverse platforms to ensure maximum reach and relevance.

  • Reputation Management:

    • Build and maintain a strong online reputation for the organization and its leadership.

    • Act as a brand advocate across print and digital platforms.

    • Maintain a consistent presence in trade magazines, blogs, and other influential media outlets.

  • Event Management & Coordination:

    • Organize and oversee participation in events, conclaves, press conferences, fairs, and expos.

    • Ensure all marketing collaterals—brochures, product manuals, flyers—are updated and aligned with the brand.

  • Product & Stakeholder Management:

    • Coordinate with the Head of Academy for effective product management and promotion strategies.

    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, agencies, and government authorities related to major projects.

  • Project & Institutional Coordination:

    • Liaise with nodal bodies and leverage strategic opportunities.

    • Coordinate with institutions such as the World Bank for securing and managing major projects.

  • General Duties:

    • Execute any additional responsibilities as communicated by senior leadership or designated authorities.

Educational Requirements

Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university or institute.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 60% marks throughout academics, including:

    • 10th Standard (Secondary Education)

    • 12th Standard (Higher Secondary Education)

    • Graduation

    • Post-Graduation (MBA)
