DMC Counsellor /Road Safety Trainer

Overview

We are hiring a Safety & Operations Coordinator to support road and logistics operations across India. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in transportation safety, knowledge of road safety policies, GPS monitoring, and vehicle inspections. You will coordinate with plant operations and drivers, review training processes, monitor driver behavior, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and an HMV license are preferred. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.

Responsible For

  • Coordinate with plant operations and heavy vehicle drivers

  • Apply road safety and GPS knowledge for operational efficiency

  • Understand state government driving rules, regulations, and road safety policies for HMV

  • Review and implement driver training processes

  • Address driver issues and challenges faced on the road

  • Prepare daily activity reports

  • Monitor VTS/IVMS data to track driver behavior including route deviations, over-speeding, harsh braking, etc.

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and audits

  • Apply knowledge of journey risk management to ensure safety compliance

Educational Requirements

  • B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in road, logistics, or transportation safety

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good communication skills – Email & Telephone Etiquette

  • HMV License preferred

  • Fluent in local language, Hindi & English

  • Willing to join immediately
